Shipping policy

- Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery within Australia.

- If you purchase a pre-order item with an in-stock item, we will ship them to you once we have received all of your items. If you would like your in stock item sent first, please place a separate order for that item/s

- If you are needing an order urgently please email us at sales@denimculture.com.au and we will do our best to prioritise your order.

- All parcels are sent via Australia Post

- Once parcels are collected from our office they are then the property of Australia Post. Denim Culture is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required
