Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can send item back to us. Once received we will issue a refund. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable item
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The following outlines our Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy. By processing your payment with Denim Culture, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and any returns of your purchases.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will provide you with a Store Credit, you can then use this credit to purchase your new item.
Customers who receive an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the one they ordered are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us immediately at sales@denimculture.com.au along with photos of any fault/s.
Sale Items
- Sale items can be exchanged for same style, different sizing.
- All other exchanges regarding styles will be issued with a credit within our 30 day return policy.
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different size that is fine, just jump back onto our online store and purchase the right size.

When you send back your original garment we will refund you.

Conditions
- Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Any items returned after 30 days of purchase will not be accepted.
- All items must be returned in their original conditions with all packaging and tags attached.
- Clothing will only be accepted if returned in its original clean condition: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from makeup and stains.
- We do not hold items for exchange while your returned item is being sent back.
- Return postage costs must be covered by the customer.
- We recommend using a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is returned back to us safely. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items/ parcels returned to us.
- If your return has been accepted, you will be notified via email regarding your store credit.
- For purchases using discount codes, you will receive a credit for the amount paid for the item/s (excluding postage).
- We DO NOT offer an exchange or credit on CLEARANCE items so please choose wisely.
- Items that do not satisfy the above Conditions of Returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Your item will be held until the cost of postage is covered to return back to you.
